Your data, your rights. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have strong rights over your personal data. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them. For full details on what data we collect and why, see our Site notice.
The data controller for all personal data processed through the Escort Empire platform is:
A.H.P Creative Solution Works B.V.

All data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) on Supabase infrastructure. Any transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including what data we have, why we process it, how long we keep it, and who we share it with. We will respond within 30 days.
If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can correct it. Most profile data (name, appearance, availability, rates) can be updated directly from your profile dashboard. For account-level data (email address), use Settings → Security.
You can request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account directly from Settings → Security → Delete account. This will permanently delete your profile, photos, videos, availability, and rates within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
You can request that we limit the processing of your data — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data we hold, or while a complaint is being investigated.
You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON). Contact us at support@escortempire.eu to make this request.
You can object to processing of your data based on our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics). We will stop processing unless we have compelling grounds to continue.
We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing that produces significant legal effects. Profile ranking (VIP first, then newest) is a transparent algorithmic sort, not individual profiling.
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. non-essential cookies, publishing special category profile data), you can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
