By accessing and using our website, including but not limited to registering, setting up an advertiser or user account, purchasing VIP membership, or simply browsing, you agree to abide by our Terms and Policies, GDPR Privacy Policy, and Site Notice. Throughout this agreement, "Escort Empire" or "EscortEmpire" refers to the Escort Empire platform, encompassing its parent company A.H.P Creative Solution Works B.V., affiliates, owners, administrators, staff, and team.
Escort Empire operates solely as an advertising platform. We do not engage in the services offered by advertisers; our role is to provide a space for advertising and facilitate search functionalities akin to platforms such as Google, Twitter, or Facebook. We are not an escort agency and do not arrange or participate in any meetings between users and advertisers.
Ads displayed on Escort Empire undergo a thorough curation process to ensure compliance with our standards. This process involves content review for appropriateness, verification of advertiser images, adherence to legal requirements, and maintenance of quality and accuracy. The decision on ad approval rests solely with Escort Empire.
Advertisers must adhere to guidelines regarding ad content, contact information, text, and picture quality. Prohibited items and activities, as well as anti-racism laws, must be respected. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
Creating and using a user account on Escort Empire is free of charge. However, VIP advertising membership on the platform incurs costs as outlined in our pricing structure. Users are responsible for adhering to site rules and guidelines; failure to do so may result in account or ad deletion.
Escort Empire contains adult content and is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and accept these terms and conditions. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.
When creating a profile on Escort Empire, advertisers are required to explicitly confirm — by ticking the relevant checkbox during registration — that they are 18 years of age or older. This confirmation is recorded at the time of account creation and constitutes a legally binding declaration. Escort Empire relies on this self-declaration in good faith; users who provide false information regarding their age do so at their own legal risk and take full personal responsibility for any consequences. Escort Empire reserves the right to permanently terminate any account where age misrepresentation is suspected or confirmed.
Escort Empire does not independently verify the age of every advertiser through document checks at the point of registration. However, we reserve the right to request proof of age (government-issued ID) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate account suspension. Any content depicting or appearing to depict a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Such content will be removed immediately and may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.
VIP membership payments are processed by Segpay (card) and BTCPay (Bitcoin). Advertising payments are generally non-refundable, as they cover the curation process and verification of ad components. Additional charges may apply for unethical behaviour, scams, or fraud.
Refunds are not provided for cancelled active VIP memberships. Loyalty discounts (€6.99/month after 3 consecutive months) are applied automatically and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.
Upon account closure by the user or Escort Empire, all associated ads, profile data, and wallet credits will be permanently deleted. Some data may be retained for legal and security purposes for up to two years, or seven years for financial transaction records as required by applicable law.
Violations of our guidelines or policies may result in ad or account removal, with associated data and payments being lost. Attempts to manipulate ad positioning, engage in deceptive activities, create fake profiles, spread misleading information, or engage in financial scams will result in account suspension or permanent banning. Escort Empire reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

Escort Empire reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified by email. Escort Empire reserves the right to decline or remove content and terminate accounts for various reasons, including but not limited to fake accounts, misleading information, financial scams, or violations of our terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
